Hi

I like to know the correct procedure to download an HMI program .exe format generated through pack & Go function in TIA Portal  and send it via email for  TP 700 Comfort panel at remote site.

For a trial,I have a TP1500 Comfort panel   and tried with got following error.

Configuration Loaded.

Connection could not be established or was interrupted.Please verify your settings.Load To target device failed.

I have connected a laptop containing pack and go .exe file to TP1500 Comfort HMI  via ethernet cable and double click on .exe file.I have verified that Ethernet is Ok with a computer icon on taskbar right side. 

IP address of laptop is 192.168.1.25.

I have read some topic about pack and go in siemens website and forum.What is  the role for prosave for downloading .exe hmi file?

Shall I know the correct procedure or any tutorial video for this function.

Is it work for TP700 Comfort panel ver 13.0.1.0?

Why did I get the errors? How can I solve it?

Whether PC iP asked in pack and go is Laptop ip or HMI ip address?

I remember I have tried  HMI ip address first as when I created pack and go, ip came automatically to the ip column. Then to solve this issue, I have changed the ip address.

It's HMI's IP.
Have you read this? Pack & Go option in TIA portal for downloading program in HMI without having software with you

 I followed it.its only creating pack and go in wincc. I Made it. But  need to know how to download it on hmi. 

Just only click on the. Exe file got errors attached above screenshot. 

I have all necessary Microsoft components. 

Is there anything setting need to make in hmi transfer settings?

Does PN/E and Ethernet are same?

I supposed to get a new HMI, I will try on it. 

If there is any setting on hmi please let me know.

Transfer setting checked. I have tried both PN/E and ethernet with properties with same ip subnet.

Thave to check again the same with changing pg/pc settings. 

Yesterday I have tried it a trial with  PG M5 to tp1500 comfort. 

Usually I use intel(R) dual brand wireless AC tcpip. 1.auto for detect PLC and hmi. 

But for pack and go via ethernet, I have changed it to Intel ethernet 2 i219-lm tcp. Ip. Auto. 

I need to check it once again with Intel gigabit tcpip. Auto network card. 

I will contact if I have any errors.
