CU320-2 ver:4.4 and AOP ver:4.4.15 but the display showing ???? in the main screen and no keys are operating

Now i have CU320-2 ver:4.4 and AOP ver:4.4.15 but the display showing ???? in the main screen and no keys are operating. what could be the reason ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from AOP Database upgrade.

If any communication parameters for serial communication were changed, please retrograde them. Make a reset according to the manual section 6.6.1 by pressing the key and off button simultanousely for longer than two seconds and subsequently releasing the off button. Try to reload the act FW of the AOP30 according cection 11.8 in the G150 manual. If there is no success, then please open a case at the customer support https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/my/src?lc=de-WW .
