Hi all,

I am trying to time sync a comfort panel (running Windows CE) with a PC.

I am using NTP. When I insert the server name, it auto-populates the IP address but the NTP request always times out.

I have managed to time sync the HMI project using area pointers (this has nothing to do with the OS so please don't recommend this).

Please advise.

Yes all is setup correctly on the PC.
