I have no knowledge about KNX and CMK2000, but in Logo controller programmed at least with Logo8FS4 you only can read 4 byte Float or 8 Byte Double Float, see attachment. Are you sure with 2 byte Short Float ?

Yes. Logo can exchange data through cmk2000.

Is there any other way to get the network analog input? I tried to F/I converter but it doesn't work. 

On your first picture you can see a scaling from KNX value to Logo value, the second picture shows an integrated converter inside CMK2000, the output value is between -32768 and +32767. This is the Logo integer with 15 bits plus sign.

Maybe you must scale the value to get a usable thermostat value, e.g. KNX value 0.0 to 30.0 is scaled to Logo value 0 to 300 (for 1 decimal place) or 0 to 3000 (for 2 decimal places).

You wrong with CMK2000 settings.

You must set  Chanel 11 temp. of knx to LOGO as -50:200 (KNX) -> 0:1000 (LOGO) 

After this you can use Analog Amplifaer for temp. normalize

Can you not directly make -50:200 (KNX) -> -500:2000 (LOGO!) and then need no analog amplifier?

Now I see that  B020 and B008 copy himself and enough B020 :)
