Hi all,

I am connected to a remote network by a VPN which creates a virtual LAN network, and I am trying to download a project to a panel in this network.

The panel shows up under accessible devices, but I am not able to download to it. It cannot be found when I press the "load" button.

The IP address in my project matches that of the panel, and RT is in transfer mode waiting for a download to the panel.

Any suggestions to what I am doing wrong?

Are you using Sm@rtServer?

The panel is a 6AV7200-4DA20-0AA0.

I am not using Sm@rtServer, but I will look into it.

Should I not be able to download by doing what I am doing? The VPN puts both machines in the same LAN, and after all the panel is visible in accessible devices, so I cant be far off right?

Seems Sm@rtServer requires a license so I will attempt the VPN solution first. I have enough licenses already
