To configure a 7SJ80 and 7SK80relay's, I have the DIGSI v.4.82, this did not come to the IED drives, download the install drives in the DIGSI an SIPROTEC-Download-Area-but I inserted the IED in a new project and set your MLFB.
The version 4.82 of Digsi, you can configure the compact relays.

The 7SJ803 protection relay is designated  Siprotec 4 unit, so it requires DIGSI 4 to program it.
