We have recently replaced damaged  MP177 Mobile Panel with new MP177 and facing following problem.

We run the machine in two shifts A & B without any problem but Each morning before running the machine, screen of the touch panel is found dark.

The touch panel stops working at this point. Thereafter, we reset the touch panel by removing the cable connected to connecting box and insert it back and everything becomes healthy again.

Could somebody suggest the solution to this problem.

uncheck :

Allow manual dim up at deactivation os screensaver.

Protect against operation within 500ms after deactivation os screensaver

in control panel.

This setting is already turned off and still facing above issue.

What could be problem.
