Please look at the attached jpg, we tried pressing keys F1,F2 etc but there was no change in screen, tried updating OS, for this saved folders of BasicPlus & SimaticHMI along with text document on version, (under Simatic HMI there is a recovery folder having KTP700_V14_00_00_00.fwf) ,  in a formatted USB

Switched off TP, inserted USB in TP, swtiched ON and were expecting options of restore to factory settings and Boot, but nothing changed on the screen and remained as per attached jpg

Earlier tried with recovery using .fwf of V13

Request to suggest as physically TP looks absolutely fine

Meanwhile if you can please comment on the following query

My laptop has TIA Portal V14 SP1 and wanted to upload from CPU, but upload was not active because TIA on PLC side was of version V13 as mentioned in document.

Please let me know how to identify Version of TIA on PLC side in case it is not documented/known
