i hope someone can help me out here because i am loosing all my hair!

i want to input a pressure value of say -10Pa and give a voltage out, the range of the pressure will -124Pa to 124Pa and the voltage output will 0-10v

the voltage is being inputed into a VFD and its not reading the pressure, i am telling it the pressure what it needs to achieve if that makes sense but i can not work out the maths to convert it.
