Server Client communication

I am using a pair of redundant servers with several clients which are presently communicating fine.BUT, whenever changes are done on the server and saved(for example new tagsare created),these changes are updated in the clients only after restarting both the servers..Is it possible for the clients to getupdated with the modified server data automatically and immediately without restarting any system?If so ,HOW? Any help will be highly appreciated.

I know that if you load online changes using simatic manager, the serverdatas are updated automatically on the client, after BOTH servers are downloaded (wincc 6.2) There is some sort of refresh running then.
