please make sure you have the right manual available, suits to the used SINAMICS G120?
The G120 list manuals doesn`t mention p0278 because this is a S120 parameter.

 Thank you so much, i'm using CU240E-2 DP, can you show me how to change the value of undervoltage protection? Because the only thing i see related with ''undervoltage'' is r296 in Expert list

... the undervoltage level is 330V already. At a 400V 3AC line, normally you should have approx. 530V  DC-link voltage under load.

Please check your line supply. 

Further you can activate the Vdc_min controller (kinetic buffering) for short supply errors.

By the way: If you have problems with line supply, the SINAMICS S120 booksize system with Active Line Module is great. For total line interrupts, you can bring in batterys or capcitors too:
