Or Step 7 v5.x -> Online -> Edit Ethernet node

Or Step 7 TIA Portal -> Online Access -> update accessible devices -> online functions

Iam confused, What I expect is the module should first assigned to specified IP before put in the network to make PLC communicate with?

First you will have to assign a new IP Address. (Use the options mentioned in earlier post)

And you need a new Device name. (Same options to assign)
