I m using step 7 Version 5.6.0.  with windows 10 Pro 64 bit & faced issue as Comapre blocks below pop up appeard that too visible when doing end task ..

(1739:300) ,Only read acess to the data possible .

c:\program data \siemens\DOTS_SWP\DOTS00.SWP

I just got clue from one of forum friend & change the user right in simatic manager .

Seems ok  for now becz now I can compare blocks .Will keep posting if any issue arises again.

I am facing same problem wirh S7 v5.6 with windows 10 OS.

Can you please explain how to change the user right in simatic manager.
