I've created my first UDF from a few blocks I already had on my diagram.

I see that the resulting function has only one parameter to configure - VMAd.

At the same time the individual components have a few parameters each - Float/Int Converter has VM and Res, Analog Amplifier has Point. Is that a limitation of UDF that not all the individual parameters could be exposed in the resulting function?

So, if, for example, I need 2 different Point settings, I'll need to create 2 separate UDFs with the individual presets?

May i ask, what is the background to create such UDFs ? You know, that you don't save any memory with UDFs ? For me it would be more clearly to use 2 blocks outside of an UDF, but this is your decision.

That was just a test and a random observation result.

In the real life situation I would stay with the separate blocks.

Okay, i understand. You are right, that it is a fault of the software. You can insert parameter, but they could not be changed.

You can find much more details, where you can ask for the background. In analog blocks you can set the decimals, but not in float converter, counter, mean value or min/max. For me it make no sense and requires an additional block, because the software is inconsistent.
