hello my friends, 

I'm working on the H station which is including CPU410-5H

the internal fault LED mounted on the CPU is on, to find out the reason I checked the diagnostic buffer but I found nothing as the buffer list is full of faulty channel error and the reason of INTF is gone from the buffer list.

any way the software is generated by the "safety matrix" and it is supposed to be error free since the programer did nothing manually all blocks and CFCs are generated by safety matrix compiler..

the only thing is suspicious the massage that come up once I open the project and says "the project XXX contains errors in the internal data structure". also I fixed this issue by executing the "save as with reorganizations (slow)"

now as a remedy I want to stop all H-station (the plant is not under operation) and perform clear/reset function from HWconfig and then entire download.

what is your idea, do you have better one?

Now, at the beginning, the best solution is your suggestion.
First, turn off the PLC rack, Save & Compile the program and then download again. (remove the memory cards and download the program via PG or Programmer).

Preferably, in the hardware program, compile NetPro before loading.
