i am trying to use analog inputs and outputs in PP card with 840dsl.

Configured in PLC Hardware configuration not any machine data set

like 828D.

i can read the value in PIW260 ... but the range was more i.e scrolling down to +,- and +.. No gradual rise of value with respect to voltage.

can anyone guide me further.

Are you sure it is 840D sl?

How PP module is connected in system?

Could you please attach H/W configuration here?

It is connected with profinet .... address was PIB256 - PIB 263 and Output PQB256 to PQB 263 

For voltage input and output fixed value b#16#55 moved to PQB256 and b#16#1 to PQB257
