SF LED indication indicates problem in drive. Which CCU you have?

Check motor, encoder cable. If you have spare CCU, then try by replacing it.

I don't have any spare CCU. is there any why in software same simatic manager or any other software, that I understand why SF led is on?

Already you said you have checked with Simatic Manager & no any fault is displayed. Further more SF - System fault - indicates problem with drive. So please check as stated in my previous post.
