And select 'transfer settings' go to tab 'directories'

 Hello Wizard,

Wait time is 3 seconds. I've tried to set it up to 0 so the runtime should start just after booting but still won't happen. I've also tried to run it manually by doublé clicking on it in the flash\simatic folder where it's located with no result. Curiously, I tried to launch the pdata.fwc file located in the same folder and that file will run the HMI program.

Why Start Center won't appear just after booting the panel?
