Online Tech Hello, Review the following requirements: The USB stick have to be provided in FAT32 format. The USB stick have to be provided with USB version 2.0 or lower. The HMI device image file must be provided with Version V14. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Problem with updating OS on KTP400.

Try with some older USB STicks like 2GB or so ... format it with FAT32. Or you can also use the USB Sticks that Siemens seells for this Panels. They will work 100% Bye Murof
