If your HMI is used in conjunction with a PLC, then yes! There are several internal clocks in the PLC and you can use them in the HMI if you create a tag to them.

They are called Clock_<xx>Hz. To enable them, go to PLC and right click, select Properties->General->System and Clock Memory and check "Enable the use of clock memory byte"

Then, in the HMI tag table, create a new tag and associate with the clock. Right click on the new HMI tag and select properties->Events then type your vbScript function and it will get called at xxHz.

If you just have the HMI without a PLC, I'm not sure if this is possible.
