read your diagnostic file, there are some clear infos about not correct cfg. Look to your picture of PLC, you have there more modules. Did you set all correctly with same order numbers? Do you have in TIA same modules available? Simply TIA portal can't support some old modules. As I said, your CPU isn't problem here but you have there also AI module. Look, you can put out that other modules and make only CPU cfg with that ET200B. Another question, what TIA (say full version with SP and possible Update version) version you have installed? Really sry, you need think what you do, you have some not correct cfg probably. What address your PG/PC has?

I made a new cfg with only the cpu and et200b, same problem.

sry, use of TIA without any Srevice Packs or Updates is step to problem. Install all latest SP and updates. Another sugestion, pls use general (standard) rule of PG/PC address what is 0. I can't say now that address of PG/PC 1 is not ok, you need pay attention to have unique addresses of nodes on bus. really, so much problematic settings which can affect all functionality.

After many tests I found the problem!

I Checked the gsd files and download them again. 

I think I had incorrect or incomplete GSD files in my libary.

After configurate the hardware it works!

I have a project where I need to use an S7-1500 PLC with ET200B remote I/O modules...
