I'd say you have a pointer problem, the Step 7 help Event ID 2x25 is:
Cause: You have used an illegal address range for area-crossing indirect addressing. The area ID of the access address (bits 24 to 31) is not permitted.
To correct or avoid errors: Use a pointer with a correct area ID.

My guess is that there is an instruction in your program that has been programmedfor area-crossing indirect addressing (e.g. L W [AR1, P#0.0]).
This requires that the Pointer value (value in AR1) contains an area ID.
Inyour case though, the area ID value is zero (see "Incorrect area ID: 0" in your diag message)
and thus causes the OB121 call (sticking with the example, the PLC does NOT know if it should load a DBW or MW or IW etc.).

I presume you have OB121 in your PLC, if so, please do the following:
1.) Delete it from the online program and let your CPU go into Stop.
2.) Open the Diagnostic Buffer
3.)Select the message that caused the error (iwhich is not the last one in the buffer)
4.) Use the "Open Block" button which will get you the part of the program that caused it.

 That "Open Block" option helped to me.. In my case somehow S7-315 does not like writing to InOut in FB somehow.. I moved InOut to Out.. Problem solved.. Thanks..
