V90 PN Closed-loop torque control insufficient documents

Rockon Bronze Member Joined: 11/2/2008 Last visit: 11/1/2025 Posts: 95 Rating: (1)	Hello experts, I am having following setup V90 -PN servo drive 6SL3210-5FE15-0UF0 V10300 V Assistant V1.05.05 S7-1200 CPU 1212C V90 OPI A5E37208830-006 GSD file gsdml-v2.32-siemens-sinamics_v90-20180321.xml As soon as I define supplementary telegram in V90 Servo drive switches to torque control mode. without enabling STW1.14 Even when its operated in Jog mode from V-Assistant software Latest operating instruction have very less information about this mode. I am having confusion when to use M_ADD1 M_LIMIT_POS M_LIMIT_NEG Please elaborate the same.

The value is 0. So the limit is 0 and V90 has no torque to work. After connecting to a TO and activating "Additional Data", -> Torque data, the TO writes in 100% and all is OK.

When you use TO, STW1.14 is not used. You can only activate torque limiting via the MC commands.
