i could not update OS MP377

erol Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	hello everybody; When imaking OS update to MP377. MP377 and pc screens freezed after thati switched off MP377. When i switched on MP377 again. i saw belown message on the MP377 screen. " BootCE MP377 Version: 01.00.33.00 MAC:00-0e-8c-aa-d7-37 Enabling update mode... Loading image from flash... ERROR: Image is corrupt! Waitting for image update... " I tried with wincc flexible and prosave reset to factory settings but i could not success I dont know what can i do. Please send me your comments... Erol

erol Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	i solve my problem. when i tried reset to factory setting i cold not connect. iunderstood my laptop ethernet broken. i changed the laptop. everything is ok Erol
