did you solve the problem?

Because i'm in the same situation just with 3 G120, there is no errors pending and the drives are running as they should. 
The only information i get is that there is a confict diagnostic data.

the firmware version are equal on the drive and in the project.

If you look at the details of those G120 diagnostics events in the PLC, it probably says something about the part #'s not matching exactly. This is true if the GSD (GSDML) brought into Portal covers a range of CU240E-2 PNs, allowing for hardware upgrades within the same device by including an X in at least one spot in the part #.  They are simply warnings or information diag entries, and only at PLC startup, correct?
