We are using simoreg dc drive model no-6RA7081-6DV62-O-Z , In this drive we done the auto tuning , the motor is running smoothly but the field voltage increases as rpm increases The field voltage is starting from 220 vdc and goes upto 350 vdc, due to this the motor field winding  heat up and motor  fail also. So suggest any field parameter to make the field voltage constant.Your support is very much helpful.

Please create new topic for your query instead of posting it in old topic.

Now, always please share detail information, e.g. in this case, is this old drive & motor in running condition or new drive under commissioning? If old running drive, have you checked field resistance, armature resistance, field & armature insulation resistance (megger) test? Is DC motor blower running OK, check air ventilation, is blower motor filter OK (not cloged) etc. etc.

If the drive is under commissioning, have you entered all motor related data correctly, as per motor nameplate? Does your motor runs in field weakning? 

If all above points are correct/ok & still problem persist, then attach here with motor nameplate details along with drive parameter back up file.
