Iam facing a problem

I have one DOL block say FB100

I have one Interlock block say FB101

I have a Picture Window (say P.W#1) having the status of a DOL block with tag prefix property with a common PDL say Dol.pdl.

I have another Picture Window (say P.W#2) having the status of an Interlock block with tag prefix property with a common PDL say Interlock.pdl.

Now I want to open the P.W#2 by clicking a button from P.W#1.

Please give a solution.
