S210 drive and motor are not communicating

I am having a problem between the s210 servo drive and the motor connection driver s210 6SL3210-5HE11-5XFX version V5.2 Hf7 engine 1FK2206-2AF00-1SA0 I tried the motor and cable control with a driver whose version is the same. Everything is normal. But after the drive I mentioned is energized, the ready led turns orange for about 30 seconds. Then it blinks green. When I connect from the Web Browser, the motor connection does not appear. I expect your help on this issue. Have a nice day. Attachment 1.png (278 Downloads)

Maybe the motor is not known by an older FW (I don't know). Here you would find FW5.2SP3: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109783892

TechSupport SINAM... Posts: 181 Rating: (30)	Hi, I checked the compatibility of your S210 and your 1FK2 in startdrive. There you are able to project this combination. So this can't be the root cause. If a firmware upgrade doesn't solve the problem I suggest the S210 is defect. Best regards Technical Support for SINAMICS S210
