Tune S120 1FK7 servomotor with hanging load

DavidBrown Posts: 975 Rating: (9)	I have a system with S120 and 1FK7 servomotor with motorbrake. System is configured in S7 1500 T cpu and Startdrive V16. The motor lifts an elevator, so when no holding torque of brake not closed , the load will drop due to gravity. Normally I tune my servomotors with the 'on button tune' function in Startdrive. I suppose using this in my case of the elevator, will cause problems? How should I optimize my controller settings? I does not have to be high dynamic, but I suppose default settings will nog be sufficient. Thanks.
