Rampage31 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello guys hope your doing well, i have a big issue ; i got on my possesion an Panel SIMATIC OP7 V1.03 with a Palletizer programe inside the issue is when it start its just show SIMATIC OP7 V1.03 without anything else seems like he dont boot or somthing hope to see your answer soon thnk's best regards from Algeria.

Hello, bad news, youn need original program and a new OP7. Pay attention to the model.

Rampage31 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	many thx for your time, i have a virtual machine with the original programe and protools pro RT the issue is i can't get the configuration file (PDataDEL.fwd), when i'm on protool the project open and i try files > test > start runtime is in grey :/

umencho Diamond Expert Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 3/30/2025 Posts: 10239 Rating: (1183)	Hi, Most probably OP7 has a problem with internal RAM memory. It could happen after suddenly power off. From the other point of view OP7 is really old panel and some of the installed electronic components could be going dead with the time. You could use PC RT based on the Protool licenses. Practically, you should think to go in migration of the project. The option is KP400 as mentioned on the previous treads. BR, hristo
