KTP700: control center does not allow to load the software

sif Member Joined: 2/17/2014 Last visit: 3/2/2023 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Good morning, I had a problem similar to this: HMI KPT700 and at startup only the "START" item appears The machine is already out of the customer and I should send a software update with a USB key. If the control center does not allow me to load the software what can I do? The firmware version of the panel is 15.0.0.3 Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from KTP700: can't load a program by usb because in the start center the "setting" and "transfer" are disable only "start" is enable.

If you can't enter the control center and the panel don't change to transfer mode automatically you will have to restore the HMI to factory settings. You can do it through a USB. It can be done to via USB.
