My Dynamization Overview menu item is greyed out. Doesn't mater if I right click on the screen background or the button/control I want to adjust.

I found it.

Right click on the screen item that you want to change and go to "Dynamization overview". Here the update rate can be changed.

I hope this is useful to someone else. I've spent a whole hour looking for this...
