are you asking how to print PDF from TIA Portal (as per your screenshot)? This will be done by the PDF creator you are using.

Or do you want to print to PDF from your application and then move the file to the network? In that case you have to tell about your device (Runtime Advanced/Professional, Comfort/Basic Panel) and possibly PDF tool.
