Hello Shivhare, Have you checked actual difference between W11 & W12 gantry axes? Is it more than the tolerance value set in gantry axis monitoring value i.e. MD37120? Why gantry axis monitoring limit alarm is trigered? If answer to above questions is yes, you need to find out the root cause & correct it i.e. you need to find out exact error between leading & synchronised axis. It could be becuase of mechanics in both axes or coupling error or external scale etc. etc. After correction of fault, you need to set MD37140 = 1, so that manually you can move axis individually. Set both axis correctly. check values in MD37120 & 130 & confirm both are correct. Enable/activate gantry mode & reference the axis. Note as soon as leading axis gets referenced, synchronised axis will be referenced automatically. HTH |

Yes I have seen in MCS the difference is 1.65mm. How can it be corrected? In jog mode w axis is not moving in any direction, is it possible? I have set the md37140 to one, still axes are not moving individually.

What is your machine story? did you get 2nd hand machine? Do you make re-commissioning? Did you read the manual --VERY carefully, do you make a power-on reset after changing NCMD then test? I sent you manual, PISCEAN 2010 sent you the instruction--which we can do for free remote help --you should have the ability to troubleshoot yourself. or call your local Siemens service.
