Use the analog amplifier.

This is available as a stand-alone block.
It is also part of some other analog blocks, such as the analog threshold switch.

Insert a corresponding analog block, right-click on the block and call Help from the context menu.

The LOGO! converts every analog signal to 0-1000 Units.
Whether 0 / 4-20 mA, 0 / 2-10V or a PT100 / 1000.
With the analog amplifier, you then adjust the 0-1000 units to the input value.

Example: Pressure sensor 0-10bar, 4-20 mA.
Sensor type: 4-20 mA
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 1000
Gain: 1.25
Offset: -250
Decimal places in the message text: 2

This makes at Display 0,00 to 10,00 bar
