Do anybody has some experience with PDF reports on SIMATIC Comfort panel (TP1200)?

I am using TIA v15.1 and needs to generate reports after each batch end, triggered by S7-1515-2PN.

More in details...Panel will be connected on company IE network with windows domain controller. My idea is to create on PC, a network share folder on which SIMATIC panel will generate PDFs. I know this is possible using internal SD card on panel, but I want to save PDFs on network share folder, where other network users can access to these reports.

I read something about this on document "Printing with SIMATIC HMI control panels", ID:58205602, march 2012 where is mentioned that is possible to make print job to network share folder, (see page 8).

I would be gradeful to any informations or experience with PDF reports on SIMATIC comfort panels.

It is pretty easy to access to a shared folder and transfer or generate files to that folder.

Seems no limits for these. So, I can store PDF directly to win share folder. What about panel display resolution. It irrelevant for this purpose?

Probally, I will have more questions when things will be implemented.

I'm using TP700 Comfort Panel and PDF Printer v1.4 for print properties. I did everything that mentioned about Siemens Documents. But still can't access the folder.

Are there any updates in your work?
