So I have two inputs that control two outputs , one for each output

 I want to design it so when I push the first input and output goes to on then after it goes off I want to not be able to turn on the second out for 5s and vise verse for the first output 

I’ve tried making this work with and on off delay timer but can’t seem to figure it out
