HMI Freezing

Febryn135 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Dear All, Kindly please help me to solve my problem with Comfort TP1200. My HMI running with simatic S7-300 PLC controlling refrigerant compressor, during normal condition of compressor the HMI is normal and smoothly operate, but when the compressor shutdown occurred and a lot of alarms incoming, HMI become non responsive and need extra touch(punch) to operate HMI. any suggestion from my problem? what is actually happen? any setting of my HMI is false? Thank
