Though never tried on S7-1500. As the rule is: do not use the STL on S7-1500. Unless you migrate S7-300/400 software written in the STL. But even then I'd rewrite it.

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 9/24/2025 Posts: 16141 Rating: (2516)	Unless you are using S7-300/400, I would recommend using the option to "Insert STL" network as needed and use LAD/FBD/SCL for everything else. It is definitely better for S7-1500's to avoid STL. Since you can insert SCL/STL networks in the middle of LAD/FBD, I recommend going that route and avoid STL for TON. It will elevate your game (my opinion). AutoGen_5131282 Is someone who programming in STL.
