Hi, I think you should be looking for a high speed counter, not a DI module. The CPU I use (31xC) only takes 24 VDC I believe. Same goes for the FM 350 module. Perhaps there is other series that do take different voltages. You can also put in a pulse to analoge converter. I did a quick and dirty google search and came up with a few, this isone. I have used similar devices to convert pulses from a gas counter to a 4..20mA signal, works fine.

Hello Navnag, Only a clarification,Amit_86 spoke of high frequency, this maximum is 500 HZ, I think but do not know because he has not yet explained what frequency but I think it is higher. Maybe this is better Data Sheet - Alstronthis is 100 KHz. |

Thanks Ste39 I assumed a speed of a few Hz Max only as he is looking for a DI Module and not a counter module. Anyway he can choose whichever is more suitable for his application. Cheers Navnag |
