Piotr.M Platinum Expert Joined: 6/24/2013 Last visit: 8/21/2025 Posts: 1693 Rating: (433)	Hi First, try to control valve just from engineering units to analog output: Output:=Round(276.48*Throttle); Output is int Throttle is 0..100% as Real Then for PID loop use continuous (not 3 step) PID controller for PID you need setpoint (flow, temperature, level or whichever), measured value (same units as setpoint) configure PID to give output from 0 to 100% and use the above code to issue it to the valve.
