I mean, if you enter the value from the web page or the controller screen, instead of using the esc+< or esc+> keys like in the picture. For example, if I use a counter to enter a value and it would be between 5 and 20 and would not let you enter less or more. One way is to do a reset if the value goes out of limits, but then the start value is restored, not the smallest or largest value. Andrus

Ella_68 Hello Andrus_Saar, exactly this topic was discussed recently in the German part of the forum (see here). Greeting Ella_68 After several hours (and days) of playing, I got the aforementioned program to work as it should by slightly modifying it. After programming, start value is 15, limits are 10 and 20. The counter value can be changed with the keys ESC+< and ESC+> or by entering the value. Program tested on LOGO!8 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 (firmware 1.83.02). In some reason changing VM0 (dword) from controllers web page (variable list) does not work. My mistake: VM0 is the default counter value (start value) what are linked with another VM. VM4 is the count value of the counter, which can be changed. Andrus
