Hi,

I have a DC Pump and a Flow Reader. This flow reader has a 0-10v output.

Based on that 0-10V output value (  = liters per hour / LPH) I want to be able to adjust the DC Pump speed that is controlled by a 0-10 V signal.

If the LPH value goes above a certain value, i want to reduce the 0-10v speed signal by increments of 0.1 volt

If the LPH value goes above a certain value, i want to increase the 0-10v speed signal by increments of 0.1 volt 

If the LPH value is between these upper and lower values, nothi has to change.

Anyone who can give me advice/hints how to build ? I do not need a full solution ( would be nice tho ).

the Flow reader is giving a signal between 0-10v. Based on the ( yet unknown ) factor,  I  need to apply some conversion of the voltage to obtain an analog value.

I could use the 0-10v signal as a base. I can calculate what voltage i need as a threshold.

So:

- above 5v, i need to decrease by 0.1 volt, but it needs some delay like 10 secs, as the LPH will be calculated as an average since the pump LPH might fluctuate because of the volume of water in the tank.

- below 5v , i need to increase.

that would be great.

But please note that the speed would be set as 'start value' and based on the actual  pump speed ( which can be influenced by external factors like water pressure load, dirt etc) the speed will vary and needs to be adjusted automatically.
