S7 AUTOMAN Posts: 515 Rating: (56)	hello, you have only the internal fault LED on one CPU or both? are there any external faults(Bus fault) as well? Also what error message are you getting in your diagnostic buffer? Internal faults are cauesd due to faults in the programming being downloaded to the plc.

PLEASE REPLY. REGARDS, KIRAN DABHI hello, Area length error occurs whenever the CPU is trying to access an address which is not defined/used. Check for undefined addresses which is being used/called somewhere in your programming codes. Remove those which will clear your internal faults. Also check whether you have downloaded the necessary OB's to the CPU.
