munja2 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Posting to my colleagues ...... if anyone can help me and advise me. It's the Atlascopco GA50VSDff compressor in which the Simens Simovert converter ... When I start the compressor on the panel, the F027 error is displayed. There is no phase 2 .. .. I encountered a problem in the converter itself, that one IGBT changed the value of BSM300GA120DN2SE3256 ... I replaced all 6 IGBT ... after the start of the compressor is still the same error F027, I examined a driver board with no visible damage, and the elements themselves on the board are correct ... when I press the button on the converter panel itself, I get the initials P108 A017 F027 in the converter itself I have CUVC 6SE7090-0XX84-0AB0 engine 1LA5207-4AA91-ZT17 Can I get the parameters of the converter itself and manually enter it ... I have the Siemens USB to RS485 6SE7 972-0CB20-0XA0 adapter ... I have 26 years of experience in electronics, but my experience as a service technician is based on the hardware part , with the sofver I have a problem ..... thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Simovert CUVC module.

It is tailored made application (specific for Atlas Copco) If you don't have drive back up, please contact Atlas Copco with compressor model, serial number, Drive serial number etc. for service support. You may get support from Siemens, but specific parameters are set by Atalas Copco for which you may have to interact with Atlas Copco. Or the last choice is, replacement of complete drive, by Atlas Copco. HTH.

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (883)	You will need help from Atlas Copco PLC expert + Siemens Masterdrive expert & need to co-ordinate with the technical details you have to find out the solution, e.g. drive set point, motor loading unloading pattern, drive feed back to PLC etc. etc. will be studied by Atlas Copco expert (since it is PLC by Atlas Copco. Detail information will be available with them only) Siemens experts job is to provide necessary information from drive side to PLC & tune the drive so as to follow PLC instrunctions as per their logic. OR You need to search exact compressor model (Atlas Copco PLC + Siemens drive) available in industry so that you could get PLC backup + Siemens drive parameter back up from the working one. This will help you to solve the problem. HTH.

If you have spare part, replace it. Br

Test the GA50VSD - switch the SS1 switch and start the PMU on the inverter, run at the minimum speed. If you want the parameters for a particular compressor, you need to know either the SET or Cubicle Number parameters, and the electronics MK3 or MK4.

There is one question for colleagues who are in this matter .... on the board 6SE7031-7HG84-1JA1 on the connector K9 pin 1 and 2 I have a voltage of 250 volts AC voltage, i.e. the secondary voltage of the transformer T4, and according to the documentation it says that the voltage is 24 volts of DC voltage? ..... PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (883)	Hello, X9 terminal 1 & 2 is for external 24 DC V. Please check if SAFE STOP is wired up with drive. Check X 9 terimnal 5 & 6 are open, then F027 may triger. Please check it.

munja2 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Respect my friends ... the situation is the following ... when I start the machine on the v110 diode there is a voltage of 23.8 DC of the power board itself and regulation there is a voltage of 5,12 and 24 volts DC ..... 6SE7031-7HG84-1JA1 ... . I demounted the complete CUVC and measured the voltages I got the approximate value of the elements by the datasheet, only the power supply of the elements was correct ... I wasted the EEPROM at the positions D14 and D16 I approach .... I oscilloscope I followed the magistrale on the board .... signals from FLASH I'm not correct ... full harmonicsAM29F200B-70EC ...... and the signal on the transistor V1 is deformed ...
