Drive:  6RA80 850A 4Q 400V

Motor: 630A 330V

near the current limit (>90% of motor current limit) come F60010 approx once a day. Its mean. Fuse blown but fuses are correct and after the acknoledge run it correctly. How can we or solve the problem? Can to send anybody any description of this problem.

F60010 does not exactly say "Fuse blown", actually it says: "Armature circuit uneven current Distribution".

The F60010 Error-Message also delievers also some Parameters for Fault analysis.

According to List Manual:
r50047[1]: Average current value through all armature thyristors.
r50047[2]: Average current value through the thyristor with the excessively low current, in torque direction I.
r50047[3]: Average current value through the thyristor with the excessively low current, in torque direction II.

If there is a SD-Card in your DCM, you could save some internal Error-Data on it. Please refer to:

after that you can send this data to siemens Support.

Actually decrease the Fault to once a week. Usually when starts the motor.

Error code: F60010

r50047.0  - 15.000

r50047.1 - 0.208 (usually approx but not equal +0.0)

r50047.2 - 0.068 (usually approx but not equal +0.0)

r50047.3-30 - equal 0.0

r50047.31 - 60010.000

I don't know why?

Have you got any idea? We have not SD card in drive.

Hello,

F60010 signifies - Armature current is uneven.

1. If average current value across all thyristors is > 20% of device rated current or

2.  Current in thyristors is significantly low for a period of 1 sec, if the value is < 35% of the average value across all thyristors.

In your case since it is 30% in toruqe II direction, drive is tripping on F60010.

Please provide drive complete MLFB number & motor nameplate details.

Please tell me what is MLFB nuber.

Hello,

From the attached data it indicates F60010 is because of average current value through thyristors is excessively low. To find out the exact problem follow below steps.

1. First to find out enable thyristor diagnosis by setting P 50830 = 2, i.e. at each switch ON command thyristors will be checked & then triggered. This will help to find out if the thyristors, impulse trafo, control circuit is healthy or problematic. If this test fails intermittently, then check the connections at thyristors, flat ribbon cables, impulse trafo, power interface board etc. If you have spares try by replacing one by one.

2. If the thyristor diagnosis runs smoothly & even then fault exists, incoming three phase CT connections, CUD1 card & power interface card interconnecting ribbon cables. If everything is OK, try by replacing CUD1 card.

Since you have been struggling with this problem for 6 months, I would strongly suggest that you get in a Siemens Service engineer to help you diagnose your problem.

I could not imagine letting a problem go this long.
