At a point of time, i faced much competition from market, however, I was a winner as collaboration with a foreign company and also received investments from more shareholders to rise high investments and made all our competitors to my subcontractors as created a similar monopoly with High investments.

Since its a corporate structure with Limited liability, Shareholders( non executive directors)  have voting power to pass each resolution similar to a parliament in a country. Its company Act in this country. Other shareholders have more than 51% shares in company I have to obey the resolution passed in the Director's Board meeting with 51% vote.

If I need to publicist company link ,if it affect our reputation or sales or blame of  any OEM partners, I have to face tribunal or compensate loss for disobedience of Board meeting resolution(law/policy)as per Company Act in the company established country.

Anyway, I hope to open a new automation company in USA with 99% share with me in order to make Siemens  as a market leader in USA , also take a decision whatever I like and post its link on public if you ask.
