hi how are things? I'm having trouble reading data from a sensor. I have the following bitmapping:

bit 8 -- I84.0

bit 9-- I84.1

bit 10-- I84.2

bit 11-- I84.3

bit 12-- I84.4

bit 13-- I84.5

bit 14-- I84.6

bit 15-- I84.7

diagnosis1 -- I85.0

diagnosis2 -- I85.1

diagnosis3 -- I85.2

bit 3 -- I85.3

bit 4 -- I85.4

bit 5 -- I85.5

bit 6 -- I85.6

bit 7 -- I85.7

Bits 3 to 15 show the current measurement of the sensor. How can I transform those bits into an int? thank you so much.

I don't believe to this from some time ago. It is really own ego of person to claim that something isn't clear to him/her. From that bit representation I can imagine anything, also as Einstein sugested about some Endian problem with wrong store to memory, also that memory alocated simply point to that some communication was used probbaly. Only my personal opinion. It was not any attack to OP, absolutelly not but look to that one my Topic about Waveshare Modbus RTU access where OP has found some solution that only used MOVE and some not known Function (???) is that right solution. You know what can I imagine then...
