The FW V4.2 is not compatible with TIA V13 , so if you update the PLC with this FW problems like reported in your screens are normal!

Do you have a memory Card? If not a online update is not possible because you have no online connection! Can you try to connect to the Webserver? (enter the I of the PLC in the adresstab of Web browser)? what is with the LED State ? Is the Maintenance LED on or off? Regards Christoph
