My question is about VM mapping; I am working in a program where someone else has laid the foundation, but I need VM mapping for connection to a data platform.

For each network input (so VM mapping from 1246 to 1261), I have set the local variable memory. For VB and B, as in this example; Input V7.2 => VB = 7 and bit = 2.

But how do I correctly link this in my parameter VM mapping? Specifically, I wonder what I should fill in for the address.

The connection is established through a JSON file in which V7.2 is linked to a device-specific address.

I'm not sure I understand what you want to do.

The addresses 1246 to 1261 in the VM memory are the addresses of the NIs, but you cannot write to these addresses, only read them.
If you want to assign an address to an NI, you have to do this in the LOGO! program by inserting the NI into the diagram and setting the address there.

The image below is the program. I have various network inputs controlled by a communication tool.

In the data platform that controls the logo, there is a Json file, here is an example of it.

Should the network input that I refer to in my program as V1 be linked to the logo through VM mapping? Or how can I ensure that this connection works well with each other because it is currently not functioning?

That's exactly what you're doing. You associate the NI with the VM storage by assigning this VM storage address to the NI.

53 - 46 + 1 = 8

8 * 8 = 64
